Brisbane Backyard Film Festival: May 5th
The Brisbane Backyard Film Festival is a unique event as the precise location of it is only given to ticket holders shortly before the event. On Friday the 5th of May this film festival runs from 7 pm for a night of short films, music videos and some of Brisbane’s best food trucks along with hot and cold refreshments. 2017 Ipswich Festival: May 4th – 14th
Returning in 2017, bringing the explosive fun of art, theatre, cabaret, parades, street parties and indoor and outdoor concerts, this year’s Ipswich Festival will have something for everyone. 2017 Anywhere Theatre Festival: May 4th – 21st

Fish Lane Festival 2017: May 13th
This year’s Fish Lane festival is the perfect place to enjoy local music, food and drinks and entry is completely FREE.
