Redcliffe Festival of Sails: Redcliffe
April 14th from 9:00am – 4:00pm
Bring the kids along to Suttons Beach for the annual Redcliffe Festival of Sails. This popular annual event has stacks of entertainments for the whole family including a sky diving Easter Bunny, an Easter egg hunt, rides, live entertainment, hundreds of markets and much more. There is also a kid’s zone with activities just for children including sand sculpting and street art.
Little Days Out Easter Eggs-travaganza: South Bank Parklands
April 13th from 9:00am – 1:00pm
Just for the kids to come along and make creative Easter inspired cards and play interactive games, this workshop is suitable for various ages and is part of South Banks free children’s program, Little Days Out. Bookings are not required and you don’t need to stay for the whole time as sessions are designed for you to come and go as you please.
North Brisbane Easter Festival: Mitchelton
April 14th and 15th from 10:00am – 9:00pm
With free entry at the West Mitchelton Rugby League Club this family friendly event includes an inflatable soccer field face painting, a bouncy castle, graffiti walk, music performances, a petty zoo, food vendors and an Easter egg hunt.
Easter Weekend: Victoria Park, Herston
April 15th and 16th from 10:00am – 4:00pm
On Easter Saturday and Sunday, the Victoria Park Golf club will hold an Easter event to keep the whole family entertained. With plenty of kids’ activities including jumping castles, giant slides, sack races, tug of war, petting zoos and other games. Visitors will also get to enjoy free kids’ Maleny Dairies soft-serve ice-cream.
